preschool Artists

We are gauging interest for this class. Please email us to add your child’s name to the list if this class is something you’d be interested in!

Our Preschool Artists class will be full of art, stories, movement, joy and creativity! Students will learn age appropriate art language and tools, given the space to think and problem solve creatively, and work on their fine motor development with coloring, painting, gluing, cutting, molding, and more. 

All the details...

*We are starting with only 8 children in the class. We MAY go to 10 but we want to make sure we can give all our students equal attention so we are starting with 8 and playing it by ear!

*This is a DROP-OFF class. We understand that they are young, but this will be a great exercise in allowing your child to have some independence and build a community of peers and teachers outside of mom and dad!

*Children MUST BE capable of COMPLETELY caring for themselves in the restroom. (Teacher will NOT assist with any wiping, zipping, or buttons.)

*They might get MESSY and we do have aprons but that doesn't always cut it. I encourage you to dress your artist in clothes that are for ART! (Maybe even an A Joyful Mess t-shirt each week!)

*This class is a month long (4 classes), once a week for an hour. There are NO MAKE-UPS/REFUNDS if your child misses a class. They will just come to the next class and jump right in where they left off! 

*This class is $120 a month (which is $30 per class). It is due upon registration and is the only way your child will be registered for class.

*Your child must be 4 by Sept. 1, 2023 to join the class.
